Thank you for your interest in being a part of a 2025 DCPS Summer Program! This is the application for the High School English Learner Summer Academic Programs (HS-ELSAP). All teachers are required to have a valid teaching license in the area of instruction.  In addition, teachers, coaches and instructional aides should have knowledge and skills in best practices working with English Learners. There will be two required training days that will be announced later.  External candidates will be asked to complete all required clearance processes. Please note that you may only apply for one position this summer. The tour of duty for full-time employees is 7.5 hours a day, 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. The dates for all ELSAP staff are June 24 -August 1, 2025.
